處理天花剝落問題及更換抽氣扇
張婆婆與丈夫住在筲箕灣劏房，因為樓上的單位漏水而令他們的天花板不斷滴水和剝落，其問題困擾他們長達一年，加上他們廁所的抽氣扇背頁不能打開，使整個房間的空氣不流通。但因為丈夫曾經做過手術，現時行動不便，所以不能自己處理這些問題，而且他們只靠長者生活津貼及一些小積蓄過活，因此也不能請師傅維修。我們便於早前與義工維修師傅到府上為他們處理了天花剝落的問題和更換了抽氣扇。除了藉此改善他們的居住環境外，也希望舒適的環境對丈夫的病情有所幫助。

Mrs. Cheng and her husband live in the subdivided unit in Shau Kei Wan. Because the units on the upper floor leaked water, their ceilings were dripping and peeling off. The problem plagued them for a year, and the ventilating fan of their toilet could not be opened. The air in the entire room is not circulating. However, because Mr.Cheng has had surgery and is currently inconvenient to move, he cannot handle these problems himself. Moreover, they only rely on the elderly living allowance and some savings to live, so they cannot hire the master to repair. We have been able to deal with the problem of ceiling peeling and replacing the ventilating fan for them with the volunteer maintenance masters. In addition to improving their living environment, we also hope that the comfortable environment will help Mr.Cheng condition.
