由抗拒到答應

6/1/2020 我們探訪了一個個案，案主本身是抑鬱症患者，他的母親是認知障礙症患者。他們家居環境衛生十分惡劣，天花牆身滲水，以及有些電器需要維修。我最初接觸他時，曾要求他改善環境衛生，但他是抗拒的；到後來找到師傅為他做了維修及安裝層架，他感到我們機構對他有實際的幫助後，表示願意執拾以改善環境衛生。可惜在他答應我會執拾之後，他並沒有執拾。

他與母親除了精神上患病之外，他們的健康也出現問題。原因是他們長期居住於一個空氣不流通，衛生環境惡劣的地方。我認為他常常以自己患病為理由不打理家居。相信除了病徵外，最重要的是他的心態，如果他心態能有所轉變，他便不會缺乏動力執拾家居。而我的工作正是要協助他調整心態，讓他找回自己的能力。

6/1/2020 We visited a case, the client suffering from Depression and his mother is a patient with Dementia. Their home sanitation is very bad, smallpox walls seep water, and some electrical appliances need to be repaired. When I first came into contact with him, I asked him to improve sanitation, however he resisted, and when I found the decoration master to repair the home appliance and install the shelves for him, he felt that our Organisation had given him substantial help and offered to do so to improve sanitation. Unfortunately, after he promised me that he would pick it up, he didn’t pick it up.
In addition to his mental illness, he and his mother also had health problems. The reason is that they have long lived in a place where the air is not in circulation and the sanitary environment is harsh. I think he often doesn’t take care of his family is he find the excuse on that he is ill. I believe that in addition to the symptoms, the most important thing is his mentality, if his mentality can change, he will not lack the motivation to pick up the home. And it’s my job to help him adjust his mentality and get him back to his ability.
