Staff Agreement Policy

7.3 The University reserves the right to withhold sickness benefits from the University when a staff member fails to comply with the appropriate reporting obligations or the University considers, after a full review and due process, that a staff member is abusing the University`s sickness benefit system. If you do not add a behavioral policy to your employment contracts when you hire staff, if you write a contract or a contract for an independent contractor, the terms of employment vary depending on your position, but may still contain many of the following points. This contract, dated the day _____ of ___ in 20______ is concluded between [name of company] and [name of staff] of [City, Land]. This document constitutes a contract of employment between these two parties and is subject to the laws of [state or district]. 9.4 Nothing in this Agreement shall prevent a staff member from making a protected disclosure in accordance with the provisions of the Employment Act, 1996. 7.14 In calculating entitlement to sickness benefit, the length of service of a service staff member shall be considered uninterrupted from the start date, including periods of leave. A fixed-term contract is used for temporary agency workers. It still contains all the relevant details of an employment contract, but indicates a certain period of validity of the contract. 6.1 The normal place of work of an employee is that of the university and associated NHS trusts, as requested, but the university reserves the right to require staff to work temporarily or permanently at another place of work or place reasonably needed by the university. As part of a staff member`s duties, it may also be necessary for them to travel across the UK and abroad. 18.1 This Agreement, together with the Employee`s Letter of Offer and the Special Terms and Conditions annexed thereto, sets out the conditions under which the Staff are employed by the University and supersedes and replaces any prior agreement or understanding (whether oral or written) with respect to employment between the Parties. Staff should keep in mind that although the guidelines and procedures contained in the university`s regulations are mentioned in this agreement, they are not part of an employee`s terms and conditions of employment. Similarly, other policies and procedures referred to in this Agreement and found on the university`s Human Resources department website are not part of an employee`s terms and conditions of employment.

Addition of a supplement to your employment contract that clearly expresses the behavioral expectations to be signed: 10.1 All property of the university remains the property of the university (with the exception of an employee`s intellectual property under clause 11) and is handed over to the university by the staff upon request and, in any event, at university…
